In almost 20 years of management roles across recruitment, retail, and media, Joanne has proven her ability to plan and organise the day-to-day operations of many different businesses. Her strong ability to communicate internally and externally has set her apart from her peers (as has her ability to communicate in German, English, and Cantonese!)

Joining WilliamSELECT as Operations Manager in 2022, Joanne handles anything that is not directly related to recruitment. She makes sure that the WilliamSELECT team works well together, and that each individual person is happy and fulfilled. To help the team work together and feel supported, she assists them with her knack for organisational work.
